Details
Codeline 40E are a membrane housing series of 4” diameter pressure vessels with end entry design. This is used for commercial and industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) applications. Vessel models are available in varying operating pressures of 300 PSI, 600 PSI and 1000 PSI. They are made up of epoxy/glass composite to meet the demands of long-term and continuous use in RO processes. Codeline 40E vessels can accommodate any standard 4-Inch membrane element.

FEATURES
- Mirror finish ID for easy and quick loading and unloading of membranes
- Quick lock head retention system for quick access to membranes
- Exteriors coated with high gloss polyurethane paint for UV resistance
- Compact design for use in compact and low energy water treatment unit
- More accurate head seal area is formed by mandrel surface
- Head seal is captured, this prevents roll during head assembly fitting
- Codeline 40E30N and 40E60 models are CE certified
- Codeline 40E100 is ASME code compliant and CE certified
The 40E membrane housing has 5 unique benefits:
- Compact design for use in compact and low-energy water treatment units
- Non-coded vessel models with single-piece end plug made from superior quality thermoplastic material
- Higher pressure rated model for seawater applications accommodates a maximum of seven membrane elements and can be ASME code stamped
- Improved head sealing: Integrated groove in the end plug /sealing plate provides better sealing and avoids head seal roll
- Integrally formed locking groove: enhanced end-margin strength for better performance
