Once an order ships and leaves a MORR, Inc. distribution facility of dropships from one of our vendors the item(s) cannot be returned or cancelled without written authorization. 

This policy is important to ensure fertilizers, grow media, pesticides, and other products that are purchased as “new” and have the potential to become contaminated, damaged, or rendered unsellable are not allowed back into our inventory for resale unless approved in writing.

Additionally, some products have expiration dates and specific lot numbers that cannot easily depart and return without tracking and compliance reporting.

Our customers are crop production facilities that demand strict quality control and it is crucial that we adhere to the highest standards in an ever present battle to protect their interests.

If a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, MORR, Inc. reserves the right to charge restocking fees and other shipping and handing fees depending on the product(s) and their associated costs for delivery and logistics.  Special order items cannot be returned in most instances. 

Orders are either delivered in MORR, Inc. trucks and trailers, via third-party carriers, or picked up by our customers.  Orders become the responsibility of the carrier once they depart from our facility.  Damage, lost items, delivery delays are all out of our control once transferred to third-party carriers or customers for pickup. 

Therefore, MORR, Inc. is not liable once items are shipped.  We can do our best to assist with any issues and often call shippers, provide tracking information, video documentation of order packaging, and proof of pick-up to ensure our customers are protected.

Shipped orders are delivered with a Bill of Lading or request for signature.  By signing, you are releasing liability.  PLEASE ENSURE ALL ORDERS ARE INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND PRODUCTS INVENTORIED PRIOR TO SIGNING.  If there is any damage or missing products it must be noted on the Bill of Lading or document being signed or it will be exceedingly difficult or impossible to make a claim against the shipper or any other party involved with delivering the products to your facility.

For any order that does not qualify for free freight, shipping fees are calculated after all products have been picked and packed for a specific shipment and will be applied to the invoice.  If you would like to know the cost for delivery, please be sure to request shipping costs prior to confirming your order. 

Not all customers and not all products are free freight all the time and surprises can occur.  That said, we take every effort to mitigate any unexpected surprises by generally inventorying most products we sell, consolidating shipments whenever possible, and requesting discounts from our shippers due to our massive volume.

When shipping small parcel, we generally use UPS or USPS.  Pallets generally ship with select carriers that meet our requirements for consistency, reliability, and careful handling.  Although most LTL carriers provide real time tracking it is possible that tracking will not be available.  Additionally, we often ship with private carriers that sometimes do not provide such tracking information.

MORR, Inc. will not make any specific product recommendations that are inconsistent with product labelling and manufacturers recommended usage.  Please always be sure to check with city, county, state, and federal authorities to ensure products are used correctly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

Only qualified representatives can make fertilizer, pesticide, and chemical recommendations and any such recommendations would be made only with proof of qualification and in writing.

All specifications must be checked by visiting manufacturer product sheets, labels, and SDS sheets.  Information posted on our website is solely for informational purposes and must be verified.  Often manufacturers update or change their data sets and information becomes outdated.  Please ensure only manufacturer data sheets are used when assessing products, application rates, material composition, etc. 

MORR, Inc. offers a broad range of payment options including cash, check, ACH, wire, and credit card payments.  All cash payments will have a receipt on MORR, Inc. letterhead.  Any receipt of cash is not confirmed until counted in our office.  Therefore, a written receipt would at most be an acknowledgement of funds received but not of the amount received.  Until verified we reserve the right to dispute the amount received. 

MORR, Inc. is not responsible for any wire fraud, credit card fraud, or other fraudulent activity.  Until funds are received in our account credits will not be applied.  All wire instructions must be verified over the phone and in email to ensure they are correct.  Please do not rely on email or phone alone as there are many scams and unscrupulous actors.
