Details

Inductor Tanks & Stands provide a complete solution for efficient liquid management in commercial and industrial settings. Designed for complete drainage through a conical bottom, these tank and stand systems are constructed from durable materials for reliable indoor and outdoor storage of chemicals, fertilizers, and other liquids.

Inductor tanks are engineered with a conical bottom that features a central 2-inch female pipe thread opening. This design ensures near-total liquid evacuation, making them ideal for supply tanks in application systems where complete drain-out is critical. Translucent, medium-density polyethylene walls, fortified with UV inhibitors, allow for easy visual level checks and provide long-term resistance to sunlight degradation. The material is suitable for containing liquids with a specific gravity of up to 1.7 and is often manufactured from food-grade polyethylene, making it versatile for various sensitive applications. Tanks typically include graduated gallon indicators on the side for precise volume measurement.

Each tank requires a corresponding stand to properly support its conical bottom. The stands are engineered to match the tank's diameter and weight capacity, ensuring secure and level elevation. The primary benefit of elevation is the creation of gravity feed and simplified access to the bottom outlet for hose connections or valve installation. Available configurations include 60-gallon tanks and stands, 75-gallon tanks and stands, 100-gallon tanks and stands, and 150-gallon tanks and stands.

These tanks serve multiple functions across agriculture and industry, including as liquid fertilizer stock tanks, batch mixing vessels, settling tanks for slurry, and supply tanks for chemical application systems. They are also used in water treatment and brewing. Standard tanks are sold without pre-installed fittings, but bulkhead fittings, valves, and lids can be added based on specific system requirements.
