Details

The CenturionPro Gladiator is an industrial-scale dual-tumbler trimming machine designed for high-volume commercial cultivation operations. Constructed from anodized aluminum and stainless steel, the system is engineered for continuous processing of both wet and dry biomass and is backed by a 10-year warranty.

Base System Design and Specifications
The Gladiator measures 30 inches in length, 25 inches in width, and 28 inches in height, with a unit weight of 165 lbs. It operates on 110V input drawing 7 Amps. The machine features two hardened steel cutting reels, each with 11 blades, delivering up to 75,000 cuts per minute. A 4HP leaf collector system provides 3,500 CFM of suction and operates on 220V drawing 22 Amps.

The tumbler diameter is 6.5 inches with a length of 30 inches per tumbler. The machine includes an extra-large hopper, a finely tuned air diverter for strain preservation, and a triple-bag collection system that separates kief, trim, and finished flower.

Processing Throughput
The Gladiator processes wet material at rates up to 150 lbs per hour and dry material at 30 lbs per hour. Alternative specifications cite 125 lbs/hr wet and 25 lbs/hr dry depending on configuration and moisture content. The machine is rated to replace 40 to 100 hand trimmers depending on operational parameters.

Quantanium Tumbler Upgrade
The Quantanium tumbler is an upgrade from the standard electropolished 16-gauge 304 stainless steel tumbler. It features a proprietary non-stick coating that prevents trichomes and plant resins from adhering to the tumbler surface, eliminating the need for lubricants or anti-stick sprays during operation.

The coating preserves up to 40% more trichomes compared to standard electropolished tumblers, resulting in higher potency retention and better preservation of natural aroma and flavor profiles. The Quantanium coating also reduces cleaning downtime; residue is removed with a simple wipe-down using a cloth and warm water. Do not pressure wash the Quantanium tumbler, as this will cause the coating to flake and come off. Instead, soak in warm soapy water, rinse, and wipe with a soft, clean cloth.

The tumblers are available as Dual-Purpose Hybrid units capable of processing both wet and dry material without requiring tumbler changes. Each machine accommodates two tumblers. The upgrade is available as a direct replacement for the standard electropolished tumblers.

Variable Speed Control Upgrade
The variable speed control upgrade replaces the fixed-speed motor controller with an adjustable unit. It allows operators to fine-tune the rotational speed of the tumblers across a continuous range.

Slower speeds produce a gentler trim suitable for dry, brittle, or delicate material, reducing shatter and preserving trichome heads. Higher speeds create a tighter trim for wet or resin-heavy material, increasing throughput without sacrificing cut quality. The upgrade enables strain-specific calibration, allowing a single machine to process multiple cultivars with different flower sizes, shapes, and densities. It is a direct swap for the original controller.
