The SpotOn® Sprayer Calibrator Model SC-2 is a precision tool designed to provide quick and accurate flow rate measurements for individual sprayer nozzles, particularly suited for flow rates below 2.25 GPM, typical of herbicide and insecticide applications. This calibrator simplifies the process of sprayer calibration, ensuring optimal performance and accurate chemical application.

Automatic Calculations: Displays tip flow rate in GPM, LPM, and oz/min, as well as tip wear in % and application rate in GPA/LPH (after entering speed and nozzle spacing). No additional calculations or app downloads are required.
Fast Operation: Provides readings in approximately 10 seconds per tip, making it efficient for field use.
Tip Wear Detection: Quickly identifies worn spray nozzle tips, recommending replacement when flow rate exceeds that of a new tip by 10%.
Accurate Flow Measurement: Ensures precise calibration of high-tech sprayers by measuring true tip flow rates.
