Rockwool

Rockwool is a type of insulation that can be used as a soilless growing media form for different types of plants. They come in a variety of sizes and are popular among hydroponic growers as well. This is because it can hold water well and allows proper air circulation for your plants. Coir:

Coco coir is created from shredded coconut husks and is a great choice for hydroponic substrates. This growing media is similar to rockwool due to its absorptive properties.
