MHS Series Ultrasonic Humidifier

MHS Series industrial ultrasonic humidifiers are high-output and have the capacity to generate up to 33 pounds/hour of fine mist.  Each unit has a modular design and is expandable by adding up to 4 ultrasonic discs.  In this way the MHS Series humidifier is different from other humidifiers in that it can be easily expended to higher output if needed.

This humidifier has a compact design that comes ready for near plug and play installation and operation.  Conveniently select between manual or automatic humidity control.

High efficiency in producing fine mist/fog with a droplet size ranging between 1-10um with an average 5 micron.  Additing ducting, as per the recommended installation guidelines, adds coverage and can achieve a relative humidity of 99% depending on the appropriate size room for the model.

This product comes with a standard plastic water tank, a metal frame support with built in casters, and less electronic parts.  This ensures easier maintenance and higher energy efficiency compared to other humidifiers. The MHS series humidifiers are near silent in operation and have an industry leading run time and low trouble rate.

Directly connect to your tap water line for non-stop humidifying.  RO water can be used but may shorten the lifespan of the unit as reverse osmosis water can be corrosive and can affect metals.  If possible, it is suggested to blend reverse osmosis water with 20% tap water to "soften" the water and minimize hard water or salt deposits as well as the corrosive properties of pure RO water.

Another option for this model is to use it in conjunction with large bottles of water which allow for usage without directly connecting to a water source.  This increases operational mobility and allows for use in a broad range of applications.

Different from other humidifiers, MHS Series Humidfier's super fine fog (droplet size < 10 micron) is ideal for plants, it behaves as a fluid in gaseous phase which is capable of deep penetration of minute spaces. This eliminates the "free water" which contributes to contamination, disease and pollution in industrial agriculture applications of solutions using traditional methods.

By adding certain easily soluble substances to the water, it can carry out chemical or nutrient treatments which help to provide an improved product.  Please ensure fertilizers or other additives are compatible with your MHS Series Humidifier before use.
