Details

Microline is a micronutrient-based liquid formulation with high stability, intended to prevent and correct micronutrient deficiencies that may interfere with plant development. It is designed for consistent application at the recommended dose rate throughout the crop cycle. Due to its high stability, Microline is indicated for any type of water used in hydroponic cultivation and any type of soil; it does not require acidification of the nutrient water tank and does not cause precipitation when mixed with other fertilizers. The product has a density of 10.68 lb/gal (1.28 kg/L) at 68°F, a relative density of 1.21 to 1.23, and a pH of 6 to 6.5 at 0.2% dilution. It is available in 2.5 gallon (9.46 liter) containers.

Chemical Composition and Formulation

Nutrient Concentration
Boron (B) 0.45%
Copper (Cu) 0.2%
Iron (Fe) 3.5%
Manganese (Mn) 2%
Zinc (Zn) 0.6%

Derived from boric acid, copper sulfate pentahydrate, iron (II) sulfate heptahydrate, manganese sulfate monohydrate, and zinc sulfate heptahydrate.

Hazard Classification
The product is classified as Eye Dam. 1 (H318: Causes serious eye damage) and Aquatic Chronic 2 (H411: Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects). Signal word: Danger. Contains copper sulfate pentahydrate and zinc sulfate heptahydrate. EUH statement: Restricted to professional users.

Functional Mechanism

Micronutrient deficiencies are common in high-yielding crops, particularly in alkaline or calcareous soils where iron, manganese, zinc, and copper become unavailable due to high pH. Boron deficiency causes poor fruit set, cracking, and hollow stem. Iron deficiency appears as interveinal chlorosis on young leaves. Manganese deficiency produces similar symptoms with distinct yellowing patterns. Zinc deficiency results in stunted growth and small, malformed leaves. Copper deficiency causes dieback and poor pigmentation. Microline provides these five essential micronutrients in a single, stable liquid formulation. The product's high stability means the chelated or complexed micronutrients remain in solution across a wide pH range, preventing precipitation when mixed with other fertilizers in the tank or in hydroponic nutrient solutions. This eliminates the need for acid injection to lower pH, which is otherwise required with many micronutrient blends to maintain solubility.

Use Restrictions and Warnings
The use of this fertilizer material on any crops other than those recommended may result in serious injury to the crops. Use only when necessary. Do not exceed the recommended rate. The user is responsible for any damages caused by lack of efficacy, toxicity, or residues due to failure to follow label instructions. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from food, drinks, and cattle feed.

Storage and Handling
Avoid low temperatures in winter and temperatures above 82°F (28°C). Avoid direct sunlight and long storage periods. Store between 5°C and 35°C (41°F to 95°F) in a dry, well-ventilated place. Keep away from oxidizing agents and highly acidic or alkaline materials. Keep away from sources of heat, radiation, and electricity. Avoid contact with food. Once opened, containers must be carefully closed and placed vertically to prevent spills. Never use pressure to empty containers; they are not pressure-resistant.

Safety and Personal Protective Equipment
The product is classified as dangerous. Signal word: Danger. Hazard statements: H318 (Causes serious eye damage), H411 (Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects).
