How It Works
Degrees Brix (symbol °Bx) stands for Balling Relative Intensity Index, which measures the sugar content of an aqueous solution based on light refraction. This method has been commonly used for decades in fruit, wine, and vegetables. During photosynthesis, sucrose forms inside the leaves and relocates into the cells through osmosis. High Brix levels in cells create turgor pressure, making the crop look crisp and healthy. Low turgor pressure indicates a lack of key nutrients for Brix formation. Bio-Sweet contains optimal levels of macros and micros, ensuring the plant can adequately absorb and utilize them, keeping the Phloem and Xylem moving freely for optimal nutrient translation.
