Details

Dosatron 1-1/2-inch System Kits are pre-assembled, ready-to-install solutions that provide all necessary components for establishing a high-flow dosing station. These kits are engineered for commercial, industrial, and large-scale agricultural applications, where they deliver precise, automated mixing of concentrates—such as fertilizers, sanitizers, or pH adjusters—into water streams at flow rates up to 40 GPM. They are defined by their inclusion of large-diameter plumbing, high-flow injectors, and advanced electronic controls.

Starter Kits for High-Flow Applications
These kits provide the foundational plumbing and components for building a custom high-flow system.

  • Starter Kit High Flow: This is a comprehensive plumbing kit designed to create the inlet section for a high-flow dosing station. It includes high-grade components such as a water hammer arrestor, 1-1/2-inch unions, a check valve, ball valves, a filter, a pressure gauge, and a sensor loop. It is engineered to protect the system from pressure surges and provide clean, regulated water to a downstream Dosatron injector, which is not included.

  • Starter Hydroponic Plumbing Kit for High-Flow: Similar in function to the Starter Kit High Flow, this kit is specifically configured for hydroponic nutrient delivery systems. It includes the essential inlet plumbing—such as unions, valves, and a filter—required to supply water to a D40MZ series injector (sold separately) as part of a Nutrient Delivery System (NDS).

Ultrasonic Control and Dosing Kits
These advanced system kits integrate electronic control technology to achieve precise, closed-loop concentration management, independent of water pressure and flow fluctuations.

  • Etatron Micro-Doser Kit - Ultrasonic Lo-Flo: This kit is designed to upgrade a standard, high-flow Dosatron injector into an injection-to-target (ITT) system. It includes an ultrasonic flow sensor and an eOne electronic controller. The sensor measures the actual water flow with high accuracy, and the controller modulates a solenoid valve on the injector's suction line to achieve and maintain a user-defined target concentration (e.g., a specific ppm of fertilizer), ensuring precise recipe management.

  • Micro-Doser Kit Ultrasonic 4" Mega-Flo: This is a complete, high-flow dosing system engineered for the largest-scale applications. It pairs a high-capacity injector (such as the eOne MF 3005 pump) with an ultrasonic flow sensor and controller. It is capable of handling very high flow rates and is designed for industrial or large agricultural operations requiring robust, programmable dosing with closed-loop feedback control.

  • Panel eOne Ultrasonic Static Mixer: This represents a fully integrated, panel-mounted control system. It incorporates the eOne ultrasonic controller, necessary solenoid valves, and a static mixing chamber into a single, enclosed panel. This configuration is designed for permanent, professional installations where a clean, protected, and organized control point is required for managing the injection of one or more concentrates.

System Integration and Operational Notes
For optimal performance and longevity, the inlet water pressure should be regulated to stay within the operating parameters of the injector, typically between 4.3 and 116 PSI for D40 series models. A flush valve installed downstream of the mixing chamber is recommended for system purging. All suction lines from the concentrate stock tank to the injector must include a foot valve and strainer, and should be fitted with an in-line filter to protect the injector's internal check valves. Prior to operation with any chemical concentrate, verifying the chemical compatibility of all wetted components—including O-rings, seals, and hose materials—is essential.
