Dosatron Controllers & Accessories are electronic control units, modular system components, and replacement parts that manage, augment, or repair water-powered dosing systems. They enable advanced automation, provide mobility, or supply specific spare parts for system upkeep.
Electronic Control and Automation
Dilution Solutions Controller: This is a centralized, industrial-grade control system for managing multiple dosing points. The unit integrates a power supply, programmable logic controller (PLC), and interfaces for connecting up to eight Dosatron injectors or other devices. It provides features such as scheduled dosing cycles, injection based on water meter pulses (injection-to-volume), and system status monitoring. The 24VAC/VDC power output allows it to directly control solenoid valves associated with each injector's suction line, enabling automated concentrate selection and precise control over injection timing and duration.
Etatron eOne Solenoid Pump: This is an electrically actuated, positive displacement pump designed for precise, low-volume chemical injection. Operating at 120V with a maximum pressure of 145 PSI and a flow rate of 0.26 GPH, it is used in applications requiring accurate, small-quantity dosing independent of main water flow, or as the injection mechanism in advanced ultrasonic control kits. It is controlled by external timers or sensors.
System Accessories and Mobility
Eco-Cart (No Injector): This is a mobile platform consisting of a wheeled cart frame designed to hold a concentrate tank. It is pre-drilled for mounting a Dosatron injector (sold separately) and includes brackets for organizing associated plumbing. The Eco-Cart provides portability for dosing operations in greenhouses, sanitization stations, or other scenarios where a permanent, fixed installation is not optimal.
Replacement Parts and Consumables
Replacement PVC Tubing: Specific tubing types are required for different functions within electronic dosing systems. The 4mm ID x 6mm OD tubing is typically used as the suction or bleed line for solenoid pumps like the eOne. The 6mm ID x 8mm OD tubing serves as the primary suction line for drawing concentrate from the stock tank. Using the correct diameter is critical for maintaining proper flow and pump operation.
D25 Series Mechanical Assemblies: These are internal components for the maintenance of D25 series injectors. The Upper Valve Assembly contains the check valves and seals for the water inlet section. The Actuator Assembly is the hydraulic piston that drives the dosing mechanism. The Push Rod transmits motion from the actuator to the injection piston. These parts are used for targeted repairs or comprehensive rebuilds of the D25 injector.
Integration and Operational Notes The Dilution Solutions Controller requires professional installation and programming to define dosing parameters, schedules, and device assignments. The Eco-Cart must be paired with a compatible Dosatron injector and all necessary suction line components to create a functional mobile unit. When replacing tubing on solenoid pumps, ensure the new tubing is cut squarely and pushed fully onto the barbed fittings to prevent air leaks that can cause pump failure. For the D25 series parts, it is recommended to replace all components within an assembly (e.g., all seals in the Upper Valve Assembly) during service to ensure reliable operation, rather than replacing single worn items.
