CenturionPro Original

The CenturionPro Original is a medium-scale commercial tumbler trimmer designed for the throughput demands of cultivation operations. Constructed from anodized aluminum and stainless steel, the system is built for rugged, continuous use and is capable of processing both wet and dry biomass. The machine is backed by a 10-year warranty.

Base System Design and Specifications
The CenturionPro Original operates on 110V input drawing 7 Amps. The machine dimensions are 30 inches in length, 13 inches in width, and 28 inches in height, with a unit weight of 90 lbs.

Quantanium Tumbler Upgrade
The Quantanium tumbler is an aftermarket replacement barrel for the CenturionPro Original. It is constructed from Quantanium, a proprietary medical-grade anodized aluminum alloy. The barrel features a diamond-shaped aperture pattern designed to reduce friction between the tumbler and the plant material. The reduced friction preserves trichome integrity and limits the transfer of fine plant particulates (contaminate) into the finished flower. The Quantanium barrel is available as a direct replacement for the standard tumbler.

Variable Speed Control Upgrade
The variable speed control upgrade replaces the fixed-speed motor controller of the CenturionPro Original with an adjustable unit. The upgrade allows operators to fine-tune the rotational speed of the tumbler across a continuous range, enabling precise calibration for different crop species, moisture levels (wet vs. dry), and desired finish quality. Slower speeds are used for delicate or dry material to reduce shatter and preserve trichome heads; higher speeds are used for wet or robust material to increase throughput. The upgrade is a direct swap for the original controller.
