Bell Labs Liqua-Tox II is a professional-grade liquid rodenticide concentrate containing 0.106% of the sodium salt of diphacinone. As a first-generation anticoagulant, it requires multiple feedings over several days to deplete vitamin K-dependent clotting factors in the blood, leading to fatal internal hemorrhage. The antidote for diphacinone exposure is Vitamin K1.

This product is a water-soluble concentrate specifically designed as a liquid baiting solution. Each pre-measured 1.68-ounce pouch mixes with one quart of water to yield a finished bait solution with 0.005% diphacinone. This liquid formulation provides both food and water in a single source, offering a critical advantage in arid environments, dry conditions, or locations with high food competition such as grain elevators and food storage warehouses. Its effectiveness stems from the fact that rats require water daily, and mice will readily drink when liquid is available, making it an excellent tool for overcoming bait shyness to solid formulations.

The diluted bait must be dispensed within tamper-resistant bait stations, chicken fonts, or other suitable receptacles to prevent access by children, pets, and non-target wildlife. For rats, provide a minimum of one pint (16 fluid ounces) per placement; for mice, provide approximately one half-pint (8 fluid ounces) per placement. Place mouse stations at intervals of 8 to 12 feet in infested areas.
