Alligare 90 Non-Ionic Surfactant

Alligare 90 is a professional general-purpose nonionic surfactant (spreader/wetter adjuvant) used to enhance the spreading, wetting, retention, and penetration of agricultural spray solutions. Its guaranteed analysis is alkylpolyoxyethylene and humectants (100%). As a tank-mix adjuvant, it lowers the surface tension of the finished spray, producing more uniform leaf coverage and improved retention of the active ingredient on target surfaces. Supplied in 1-gallon (4 per case) and 2.5-gallon (2 per case) containers.

Functional Mechanism

By lowering spray-droplet surface tension, Alligare 90 causes droplets to flatten and spread on contact rather than bead up and run off, increasing the treated leaf area per droplet. The humectant fraction slows evaporation, extending the window for foliar uptake. The low-foaming character suits agitated and recirculating spray systems where excessive foam would impair pumping and tank fill.
